Radio City asked us to record some interviews with people who had been victims of car crime. One of our trainees Ezekiel Tafari conducted a series of these interviews and his recordings were broadcast as part of an advertising campaign. The campaign was entered in the New York Radio Advertising awards and won a bronze statue. | Because Ariel is not tied to one broadcast outlet we are able to tailor our programmes for particular target audiences. The recordings that we make with young people are used in commercials on Radio City, in Features on the BBC and make up complete programmes for a host of community radio stations. We also distribute educational programmes in learning packs for teacher and use the latest “pod-casting” technology. |
