Ariel Trust is keen to continue developing its work in schools through Enterprise days after the success of its initial launch in 2007. With over 500 pupils having gone through enterprise days in Woodchurch High School, 2008 looks set to develop the already successful resource to a new cohort of students.
It is Ariel’s aim to roll out this key work across Merseyside ready for teachers to utilise the unique resource that looks into the viability of a successful radio station, its business plan, financial forecasts and pitching techniques. “These transferable skills are invaluable to an employer and it is our intention to transfer our knowledge of the industry to young people across Merseyside.”
