Introduction to media show a success on Citytalk

 

Citytalk 105.9 played out our students' work on Tuesday 5th July at 1am in an hour-long slot on the Pete Price show. 

 

A group of adults completed the eight week course and their work has been compiled into one show, which Citytalk were happy to broadcast to its thousands of listeners.

The show covers a variety of topics ranging from drug abuse and homelessness, dementia, unemployment, footballers' wages and breaking into the music and media industries.

 

The Introduction to Media course is about building confidence and developing creative skills.  The students will receive a Level Two OCN Radio Production qualification that they can use for future employment and opportunities.
